**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for organizing, managing, and controlling all production activities in the factory to ensure progress, quality, and production efficiency.
- Develop production plans based on the company’s business strategy and requirements.
- Manage and supervise the production process to ensure quality standards, labor safety regulations, and industrial hygiene compliance.
- Evaluate and optimize the production process to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage, train, and develop the production team to ensure a skilled workforce and adherence to labor discipline.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Technical, Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics to ensure continuous and efficient production.
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of production equipment and machinery.
- Prepare periodic reports on production status, performance, product quality, and issues for the Management Board.
- Propose initiatives and improvements in production to increase labor efficiency and minimize waste.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

**Job Requirements**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, Industrial Management, Production Management, or related fields.

**Experience**:

- At least 5 years of experience in production.

**Specialized Knowledge**:

- In-depth knowledge of production processes, production line management, and quality control.
- Knowledge of maintenance for machinery and equipment, as well as workplace safety regulations.
- Understanding labor laws, safety regulations, and environmental policies in manufacturing.

**Skills**:

- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Leadership skills, team management, and team development.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with other departments.
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Continuous improvement mindset, high responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
