**Main Responsibilities**:

- Handle the new products process design.
- Successful implementation of new product introductions.
- Ensure initial sample and PVR samples shipped to customer is to specification and correct quality standard.
- Ensure progress of jobs through the process is planned and prioritized correctly.
- Drive and implement process improvements to reduce cost and improve performance to customer.
- Communicate directly with suppliers (ink, tape, materials, die.) to get the right products, and to have an understanding of alternatives and costs.
- Communicate and work with the Sales Team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Make sure the customer orders are processed, manufactured and delivered on time and in time.
- Manufacture more with less, use less, and buy cheaply with less time, and drive continuous improvement in pursing the operational KPI.
- Ensure the proper in-process quality control at the Work Cell and all the products are following the customer’s quality standard.
- Enhance the housekeeping of Work Cell, making sure the 6S, EHS, and operator behavior comply with the requirements of processes and the company’s regulations, and ensure all equipment is within specification and in a suitable condition.
- Continuously provide support on new product introductions. Make quick and correct samples, and ensure responsiveness and flexibility.
- Ensure shop floor data is captured, inputed, and reported on time and accurately. Monitor the customer demands loading and production capacity, to escalate the risk and suggestion for management decision.
- Control expenses and continuously drive down the operating costs, such as consumable material, manpower cost, and maintenance/repairing cost, and make sure they are under budget.
- Manage the raw material at a reasonable level. Continuously driving down the aged stocks and stock days.
- Initiate and manage Lean/6 Sigma projects on manufacturing cell to promote KPI performance.
- Make and implement individual training plan, appraise the individual’s skills regularly to ensure their behavior complies with the requirements of processes and the company’s regulations, and make sure their skills develop continuously.

**Scope/Measurement of Performance**:

- KPI of OTD, Efficiency & Production Waste.
- 5S and EHS performance.
- Overall Manufacturing expenses cost.
- CIP projects.
- Production Quality Performance: DPPM.

**Qualifications**:Education & Training**

- College degree above on engineering or equivalent, printing is preferred.

**Experience & Competency**

- Background in printing industry is preferred, 6 years+ in a position of shop floor and people management.
- Good ability to organise and make decisions.
- Good project management skills.
- Team motivation.
- Good team work and capable of working under pressure.
- Good communication skills both in English & Vietnamese. Chinese is a plus.
