Contract duration: 9 months

Work location: An Phu, Thuan An, Binh Duong (Shuttle bus provided)

This position is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting inventory transactions and balances. This role ensures the accuracy of inventory records, performs reconciliations, supports physical inventory counts, and works closely with operations, procurement, and the controlling team to ensure effective inventory control.

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including purchases, transfers, adjustments, and write-offs.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
- Analyze inventory levels and cost variances, and investigate significant changes or anomalies.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes related to inventory.
- Prepare and review journal entries for inventory transactions.
- Support physical inventory counts and cycle counts, ensuring proper documentation and process adherence.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Production departments to improve inventory accuracy.
- Monitor inventory valuation methods (FIFO, LIFO, weighted average) and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Ensure inventory processing complies with internal controls and accounting policies.
- Provide inventory reports and analysis to management for decision-making.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent major is required
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting field and 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Understand business and company policies, communicate and work with partners across multiple departments.
- Experience in using Navision (or other ERP/ SAP), Microsoft Office, Power Query
- Analytical skills, numeracy, and financial awareness
- Carefulness, teamwork, and willing to learn spirit
