Warehouse Supervisor

- Follow internal documentation procedures for all movements.
- Manage product status in accordance with current quality instructions.
- Implement FIFO procedure for materials and finished products based on quality instructions.
- Monitor transportation during loading and unloading as per quality instructions.
- Assist quality team in investigating and resolving claims and complaints related to warehouse operations and customer deliveries.
- Supervise third-party providers in handling, storage, repacking, loading, and unloading of products.
- Enforce strict controls on movements to minimize quality discrepancies.
- Organize monthly inventories for all stored materials with assistance from production teams and the accounting department.
- Analyze and consolidate monthly movements and inventory discrepancies for all products and materials in stock.
- Conduct daily tracking of goods and raw materials entering and leaving the store.
- Report to the SYS system.
- Manage goods for advertising purposes.
- Conduct monthly store checks and document findings in the internal form.
- Fulfill FSMS duties as assigned in relevant detailed decisions.
- Report any food safety system-related issues to the FSMS leader.

- Graduated from University in the field of Transportation and Logistics.
- 2-3 years of experience in managing distribution warehouse operations
- Planning skills.
- Analytical and reporting skills for operational data.
- Interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities with external vendors and related departments.
- Proficiency in Excel/PPT/BI and utilization of transportation systems and software.
- Proactive and enthusiastic towards work.
- Understanding of system processes and practical warehouse operations.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems.
