We are looking for 03 position:

Warehouse Executive / Shipping Executive / Planning Production & Control Supervisor

1. Job Responsibilities & Requirements

Warehouse Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse operations: receiving, storing, picking, loading/unloading, shipping

• Maintain high accuracy in daily operations and inventory

• Arrange layout, optimize space and resources (equipment, manpower)

• Supervise staff, assign tasks, ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14000, LEAN, 5S, P&P

• Maintain warehouse machinery and handle feedback

• Recruit, train, motivate staff and perform other tasks assigned by GM/Logistic Director.

Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse supervision; manufacturing experience is a plus

• Strong warehouse knowledge, WMS/database proficiency

• Good English, communication, organization, data analysis

• Leadership, quick decision-making, problem-solving, honesty, reliability, discipline

Shipping Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic shipping and internal shipments

• Cooperate with PPC, prepare sample invoices on GIS, track shipping plans

• Manage import documentation, customs clearance, and monthly updates on customs regulations

• Coordinate with suppliers & departments; maintain ISO document records

• Learn export procedures and automation tools (VBA, RPA, C/C++)

• Highlight environmental risks, support EEL and shipping team when needed

Requirements:

• College/University degree

• At least 2 years in import–export & customs procedures

• Teamwork, customer service, negotiation, English proficiency

• Able to work under pressure, independently, accurately, with good MS Office skills

Planning Production & Control Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Build production plans and follow up until goods are shipped

• Review/confirm TNA with Account Holder & Sales based on factory capacity and delivery date

• Create/update production schedules, monitor material status

• Follow production progress, solve issues with related teams

• Work directly with fabric mills for production status & delivery

• Lead weekly/monthly meetings and guide/support team members

Requirements:

• University graduate with 3+ years in textiles or related fields

• Intermediate English

• Strong skills: data analysis, planning, Excel, automation tools

• Careful, detail-oriented, communicative, problem-solving, leadership
