Upon joining Homebase, you will assume the following crucial responsibilities:

- Lead the entire operations of one of our of products initiatives from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards;
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, project plans, risk logs, and status reports;
- Coordinate and facilitate between Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Sales, Customer Support, and Operations to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle;
- Define project tasks, milestones, and deliverables, and allocate resources appropriately to meet project requirements;
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders, identifying dependencies, and facilitating problem-solving discussions;
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing best practices to optimize project delivery;
- Establish SOPs for our new product and prepare it for scaling it across the entire country.

**Our Requirements**:

- Based in HCMC;
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier local or international university with proven track record of excellence (outstanding fresh graduate is welcome);
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Vietnamese;
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency;
- Prior experience in project management, management consulting, product management, finance, or operations in a technology-driven company is a plus;
- Proficiency in data analysis is a plus.
