**WHAT WE DO**:
**_ Research and Analysis _**
- Gather insights from users, clients, and stakeholders.
- Analyze data, conduct market research, and understand global user behaviors.

**_ Product Design_**
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups based on project requirements.
- Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces (UI).

**_ Collaboration_**
- Work closely with BAs, UI/UX Designers, Developers, QA, and Frontend Engineers in Vietnam.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from client teams to ensure alignment and project success.

**_ Presentation and Advocacy_**
- Present design concepts persuasively to stakeholders, using logical and evidence-based reasoning.
- Ensure that designs address user needs while achieving business objectives.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in UI design.
- At least 3 years of working experience in global projects.
- Participation in a minimum of 3 Agile projects.

**_ Communication Skills_**
- Fluent in English, with the ability to work with multinational teams.
- Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to adapt communication styles accordingly.

**_ Additional Knowledge_**
- Basic understanding of Frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) is an advantage.
- Experience in specialized industries like healthcare is a plus.

- Strong logical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Flexibility to adapt to different time zones when required.
