**Job Title**: Product Designer (UI/UX)

**Location**: Hanoi, Vietnam

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to create visually appealing and intuitive UI/UX designs.
- Utilize Figma and other design tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that align with user needs and product goals.
- Develop designs that support both desktop and mobile environments, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.
- Present and articulate design decisions, balancing aesthetic appeal with functionality and user-centric principles.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design approaches, integrating feedback into product iterations.
- Stay updated on trends in Web3, blockchain, and emerging technologies, and incorporate relevant insights into design considerations.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in product design with a focus on UI/UX. A strong portfolio showcasing prior work in UI/UX design, preferably in web3, gaming, or similar tech-driven fields.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks is an advantage.
- **Understanding of Web3**: Interest or experience in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, or related fields is highly valued.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- **Problem-Solving**: Demonstrated ability to solve complex design challenges with a user-centric approach.
- **Adaptability**: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment, effectively handling multiple design tasks with changing priorities.
