Design and Creative Development
- Conceptualize and develop designs for product packaging, labels, manuals, and other consumer-facing materials in compliance with brand identity and regulatory standards
- Create visual mockups and prototypes to support product development initiatives.

Brand Consistency and Standards
- Maintain and enforce the company’s brand identity across all platforms and communication channels.
- Develop, manage, and update brand templates, style guides, and digital asset libraries.

Production and Vendor Coordination
- Prepare production-ready artwork and liaise with suppliers, printers, and other vendors to ensure accuracy in specifications, print quality, and on-time delivery.
- Review proofs and pre-production samples to ensure fidelity to design intent and quality standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to translate business objectives into effective visual designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are consistently met.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a manufacturing, FMCG, or consumer goods environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with 3D rendering or CAD-based design tools is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of print production processes, materials, and pre-press file preparation.
- Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
