**Job description**:

- Rowboat Project Manager is responsible for monitoring and developing the company's product projects. Act as a bridge between the US team and the Vietnamese team to ensure all project requirements are clear and accurate to the development team.
- Working directly with line Manager US to clarify requirements, plan projects and ensure progress and budget.
- Working directly with the Dev team to effectively communicate project requirements, allocate and manage tasks to each member.
- Project management planning and coordination: time control, progress reporting, risk control, costs, and project quality according to plan.
- Providing timely solutions when risks occur, and contributing initiatives to improve project quality.
- Synthesizing and evaluating project quality after completion.
- Participating in interviews, building project teams, and periodically evaluating team capacity.
- Building working processes, development processes, and project quality management.

**Your skills and experience**:

- **_At least 5 years of experience managing software development projects and at least 3 years of experience in developer positions._**:

- Graduating from Computer Science, IT, Management and Software Development or related fields.
- Good English communication and writing skills to work effectively with the US team
- Having good knowledge and understanding of software management tools Waterfall, Agile, Scrum,...
- Understanding of the Web-based software development process
- Knowing programming languages such as NodeJS, JavaScript, Typescript
- Proficient in using Jira software for project management, task allocation, reporting, etc.
- Having good skills in work management, time management, evaluation and analysis of information, and flexible resolution when problems arise...
- Flexible communication and negotiation skills with the Board of Directors and software development members.
