As a **Quality Control** at TechX, you act as a critical filter, preventing low-quality products from reaching the market. Their efforts ensure a smooth and positive experience for end users.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Planning and Strategizing**:

- Design and implement testing strategies, outlining how different aspects of a product will be evaluated. They also define the quality requirements a product must meet.

**2. Test Creation and Automation**:

- Create test cases that simulate real-world usage scenarios to identify potential bugs and malfunctions.
- Automate repetitive tests to improve efficiency.

**3. Execution and Analysis**:

- Execute tests and analyzing the results to pinpoint defects and glitches.

**4. Reporting and Collaboration**:

- Document bugs and issues in detail, working closely with developers to ensure identified problems are addressed effectively.

**5. Process Improvement**:

- Continuously evaluate and refine the testing process, looking for ways to make it more efficient and comprehensive.

**6. Bug Validation and Supports**:

- Maintain good bug response SLA and validate customer-submitted bugs.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Testing Techniques**: Knowledge in various testing techniques and methodologies.
- **Test Planning and Strategy**: Ability to develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Experience in creating test strategies that cover all aspects of the software development lifecycle. Understanding of risk-based testing to prioritize testing efforts effectively.
- **Bug Tracking and Reporting**: Proficiency in using bug tracking systems like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar tools. Ability to accurately report defects with clear steps to reproduce and necessary information for developers.
- **Test Automation**: Skills in test automation, including scripting and framework development. Experience in implementing and maintaining automated test suites for regression testing. Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing.
- **Communication and Collaboration**: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders. A collaborative approach to working closely with developers to identify, reproduce, and resolve issues.
- **Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of defects and provide insights for process improvement. Ability to troubleshoot issues and make recommendations for corrective actions.
