**The Role**:
The CM Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for End to End quality management for CM (Contract Manufacturing) supplier in Vietnam in QA team.

- Review supplier’s quality control flow, in process quality control system, in-coming components and out-going product’s quality control plan. Identify shortfalls and corrective actions to ensure product quality meet criteria
- Work with supplier process/quality teams to map out process development, secure resources, secure failure analysis to improve yield and commit to shipment schedule
- Assess supplier’s production readiness to support build events and production ramp. Identify potential execution issues and provide recommendations to mitigate risk
- Establish audit procedures appropriate to program and supplier to ensure consistency to Logitech quality standards
- Monitor supplier’s process performance, and yield loss to prevent quality issue
- Present timely, concise reports or plan for product yield performance, drive Failure analysis, C orrective Action implementation plan

**Key Qualifications**:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

- Bachelor or above with Engineering
- Experience in FATP (Final Assembly Testing and Packing) manufacturing and quality control
- Proven ability to drive supplier in Quality improvement. Capability to plan DOEs, execute supplier quality audits, execute failure analysis and come up with yield/quality improvement path
- Fluent in written and oral Chinese/English communication
- Located in Haiphong, Vietnam

Preferred Qualifications:

- Good at SMT process and knows how to do good quality control at SMT
