**Job Description**:
**Working Location**: 16th, 34 Road, Tran Nao Street, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC.
**Department**:Revenue - Ecommerce
**Line report**:Platform Manager (Shopee)

Support the end-to-end management of Shopee Global Selling stores across Southeast Asian markets (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, etc.). This role focuses on account operations, sales performance tracking, marketing coordination, and smooth fulfillment processes.

**I. RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification**
- Conduct thorough market research to understand global industry trends, competitive landscapes, and unmet customer needs in target international regions.

**Strategic Planning**
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market presence and achieve growth targets in international markets.

**Partnership Development**:

- Build and nurture strong, mutually beneficial relationships with foreign clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

**Sales & Deal Negotiation**:

- Lead the entire sales process for new cross-border opportunities, from initial contact and strategy development to presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing complex international deals.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure strategies are aligned and solutions are seamlessly delivered to international clients.

**Market Entry**:

- Drive initiatives to introduce new products or services into foreign markets and secure international brand awareness.

**Cross-Cultural Competence**:

- Navigate diverse cultural environments and adapt business strategies and communication for effective engagement with international counterparts

**II. REQUIREMENTS**:

- 2 - 3 years of experience in E-commerce / Account management / Operations.
- Good understanding of online sales and e-commerce processes.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- English proficiency to work with regional teams.
- Experience with Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Global Selling is preferred.
