**General Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Dashboard and Report Development: Create dynamic and visually appealing dashboard/report visualizations to meet business requirements.
- Business Intelligence Project Contributions:

- Identify gaps, design solutions, and deploy process and technology improvements to address operational needs and strategic initiatives.
- Translate business and functional requirements into effective technology solutions, creating clear technical design specifications.
- Lead iterative solution design and prototyping efforts, ensuring solutions meet business objectives.
- Develop system and end-user documentation to support implementations, incident resolution, and system enhancements, and provide knowledge transfer to team members as needed.
- Work collaboratively with peers and user groups to ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables.
- Production Support: Provide day-to-day production support and off-hours assistance as required.
- Project Coordination: Manage all aspects of information systems projects, including planning, design, implementation, and ongoing management.
- Independence in Execution: Perform tasks with mínimal direction, demonstrating a high level of independence and responsibility.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in intermediate to advanced T-SQL and PL/SQL.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, including normalization and star/snowflake schema designs.
- Expertise in data validation, including anomaly detection and checksum processes.
- Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
- Familiarity with data visualization principles and design thinking for creating impactful BI dashboards.
- Familiarity with Power BI and DAX functions (must have).
- Other Skills
- Experience developing and maintaining best practices for BI processes, including:

- Requirements gathering.
- Project management.
- User acceptance testing.
- Version control.
- Support, maintenance, and documentation.
- Personal Skills
- Willingness to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal. (English)
