Sales/business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Sales/Business Development Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting academic course, guiding students in their academic planning and drive student enrolment.
**Company**: Spring College International (based in Singapore)
**Mode**: 5-day fully work from home
**Salary**: Base pay + Commission + KPI bonus
**Language requirement**: English & Vietnamese, or Mandarin & Vietnamese _(ability to speak all three languages is a bonus)_
**Responsibilities**:
1. Promote and provide information on academic courses available.
2. Offer professional guidance and assist students in selecting courses aligned with their educational goals.
3. Build and maintain strong relationship to ensure long term and continuous business.
4. Provide excellent customer service throughout the enrollment process and address inquiries promptly.
5. Manage administrative documentation tasks related to student enrolment.
6. Expand the network of student recruitment partners to boost student enrolment.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and educational best practices.
8. Work towards achieving individual sales and team sales KPI.
**Requirements**:
1. Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Education sector.
3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade diverse audiences.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Bilingual in English & Vietnamese, or Mandarin & Vietnamese
