MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
To assist HR Manager in managing the administration and implementation of effective policies and strategies related to all human resource-related matters at the golf club including; recruitment, training and development, employee contracts, employee benefits, employee working hours and conditions, working visas, and performance appraisal and discipline
Support HR Managers to implement human resource matters related to their department. / Hỗ trợ Giám đốc Nhân sự thực hiện các vấn đề nhân sự liên quan đến bộ phận mình.
Monitor and review the HR Executive’s tasks. / Theo dõi và xem xét các nhiệm vụ của HR Executive.
Support the HR Manager in performing regular performance appraisals. / Hỗ trợ Giám đốc Nhân sự thực hiện đánh giá hiệu suất thường xuyên.
Liaise closely with the Finance department for the monthly insurance and payroll to ensure that the payments are on time. / Liên hệ chặt chẽ với bộ phận Tài chính về bảo hiểm và bảng lương hàng tháng để đảm bảo các khoản thanh toán được thực hiện đúng hạn.
Maintain comprehensive records for each employee at the golf club containing their contact details, attendance record, training received, salary and level, annual leave entitlement, and performance review. / Duy trì hồ sơ toàn diện về từng nhân viên tại câu lạc bộ gôn bao gồm thông tin liên hệ của họ, hồ sơ tham dự, khóa đào tạo đã nhận, mức lương và cấp bậc, quyền được nghỉ phép hàng năm và đánh giá hiệu suất.
Work with Cadena and department heads to check and maintain the system to ensure that it runs well and effectively. / Làm việc với hệ thống Cadena và các trưởng bộ phận để kiểm tra và bảo trì hệ thống nhằm đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động tốt và hiệu quả.
Organize the monthly and yearly staff activities. / Tổ chức các hoạt động nhân viên hàng tháng, hàng năm.
Monitor any amendments to current human resource-related legislation advising the HR Manager of any amendments required to the clubs' human resource practices. / Giám sát mọi sửa đổi đối với luật pháp hiện hành liên quan đến nhân sự, tư vấn cho Giám đốc Nhân sự về bất kỳ sửa đổi nào cần thiết đối với hoạt động nhân sự của câu lạc bộ.
Work with the Social Insurance Agency monthly on issues of books, cards, and employee benefits. / Làm việc với Cơ quan Bảo hiểm Xã hội hàng tháng về các vấn đề sổ sách, thẻ và phúc lợi cho nhân viên.
Monitor and check the work schedule of departments then check valid time sheets on Cadena monthly, follow up employee leave days, and seniority. / Theo dõi và kiểm tra lịch làm việc của các bộ phận sau đó kiểm tra bảng chấm công hợp lệ trên Cadena hàng tháng, theo dõi ngày nghỉ phép của nhân viên và thâm niên.
Update resign information and follow related procedures. / Cập nhật thông tin thôi việc và làm theo các thủ tục liên quan

Graduate qualification
Minimum 3 years experience in a human resource-related role
