**ABOUT US**

Baller Headwear is seeking a **Manager Assistant**to support our leadership team. This position presents a valuable opportunity for those who aspire to become managers in the future.
**WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE**
- Assists in overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations to ensure smooth & efficient operation processes.
- Work closely with department managers to resolve issues and enhance productivity.
- Support in developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity, minimize downtime, reduce production costs, and ensure product quality.
- Facilitate communication between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders. Translate and interpret as needed during meetings, conferences
- Monitor team performance and ensure all departments align with the company’s objectives.
**WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business management, or a related field.
- **Having experience as assistant in a manufacturing company or Merchandiser manager/ Assistant is preferred**:
- Good command of English.
- Knowledge of operational procedures and business processes within manufacturing companies (garment/têxtile) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
