**Key Accountabilities**: - Responsible for ensuring all suppliers and other parties perform Warehouse services agreements aligned to customers’ SOP and the company’s operations standards; - Ensure the optimal utilization of space through warehouse consolidation; - Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment; - Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of reports regarding warehouse operations; - Ensure stock rotation and stock accuracy; - Handle customer enquiries/complaints in a professional manner and excellent attitude; - Be responsible for an efficient information flow between all parties involved (suppliers, shipper, and internal departments); - Monitoring operational and general business KPIs, ensuring they are met both in performance and costs manner; - Review all aspects of the operations and drive in any improvements in methods, procedures, and efficiency; - Ensure employees/suppliers/visitors comply with our Corporate standards Safety and Security for warehouse operations and follow its regulation, instruction, compliance related working safety; - To ensure all assignments are met within the specific deliverables concerned; - To ensure proper follow up with all outstanding issues; - Other assignments as and when required by the Head of Department. **Key Requirements**: - At least 5 years experience in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse; - A College degree is required, preferably in Business Administration or a related topic; - Proven strong people management and problem-solving skills; - Excellent communication/interpersonal skills; - Excellent organizational and planning skills; - Excellent analytical thinking and decision making; - Successful experience in budgeting and cost control principles; - Good PC literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc ). - Fluent in both spoken and written English. **Benefit**: - ** Working address**: - **Salary and benefits**: - Competitive income compared to the market - "Tet" bonus, Performance review from 1 - 4 months - Paid social insurance based on full salary - 12 days annual leave, 5 days sick leave (with full salary) - High-class AON Health Insurance for manager level. - Year End Party, annual Townhall Ceremony - Annual company trip - Attractive team-building activities, regular internal activities - Provide laptops for employees - ** Training and developing**: - Participate in internal training courses: online/offline - Opportunities to promote to higher positions: Senior, Team Leader, Manager, etc. **PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING NOTICE TO APPLICANTS**:
