**Job Description**:
**POSITION OVERVIEW: BASIC FUNCTIONS & RESPONSABILITIES**

Operate and manage all warehouse activities in accordance with assigned functions and tasks Responsible for all operations of both warehouses (cold chain and air-con): input-output, storage of all products at the warehouse. Authority: Handling incidents and issues related to warehouse operations. Liaise with other departments or managers to resolve warehouse issues.

**PRIMARY ACTIVITIES**

Directly control the entire process of special control drugs:

- Monitor and update the inbound/outbound & inventory book, update the drug store card
- Report on inbound/outbound for 6 months, 12 months and when drugs are lost
- Strictly implement drug dispensing according to FEFO and FIFO principles
- Monitor the expiration date of the products
- Participate in drug inventory
- Make a request to handle drugs that are not of good quality or expired

Monitor all activities of both warehouses (C/C and A/C), ensuring all operations in the warehouse are in compliance with GSP guidelines, and Organon FIE regulations. Ensure that the goods in the warehouse are always properly arranged according to the rack code compared to the system Ensure that the goods in the warehouse are always properly arranged according to the rack code compared to the system Perform statistics, update and ensure the consistency of input & output inventory data in all reporting periods Report provision monthly Check the storage conditions of the warehouse Check the calibration term of the measuring device Check the work of prevention and handling of harmful animals Report unqualified or expired medicine Check the implementation of regulations on occupational safety and health, fire and explosion prevention to prevent occupational accidents causing damage to people and properties Monitor and inspect the contractor's technical work according to the plan/contract; Supervise the analysis and assessment of the technical condition of the equipment in operation, ensuring good service for the preservation work Coordinate, support to handle technical problems Coordinate with related departments to solve quality problems of goods Control the classification and handover of hazardous waste Lead all periodic inventory meetings according to regulations; Investigate and settle the discrepancies post-inventory. Prepare reports on warehouse performance indicators (KPI, incoming, out going, stock movement, slow moving stock, stock taking ) Establish measures to optimize warehouse operations to reduce operating costs

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES**

**_ Desired Experience/Education: _**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management
- Experience in drug storage, loading and unloading operations manager and also drug quality control is required
- Experience working in multinational pharmaceutical companies is preferred
- Graduated from intermediate pharmacy or higher
- Experience in charge of pharmacy warehouse and understanding of financial cost management is required
- Proficient in goods control procedures

**_ Professional Competencies Required: _**
- Good communication in speaking, writing and listening in English
- Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management
- Having experience warehouse management system is beneficial
- Experience in project management is an advantage
- Experience in cold storage system management is an advantage
