**JOB SUMMARY**:
As the Quality Director, you will have a vital role in upholding and enhancing the overall quality of care provided within our healthcare facilities. Your main responsibility will involve formulating and implementing effective strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-centric care. Close collaboration with the GCQEO, Medical Affairs, Nursing Affairs, MAB Chairman, IT, and other members of the management committee will be crucial in establishing and executing an exemplary quality improvement and safety program for our entire hospital network. Your primary objective will be to ensure compliance with the regulatory standards set by the MOH Vietnam, which encompass DOH 23 KPIs for clinics and 83 KPIs for hospitals, while also striving towards achieving Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Strategic Quality Management**:

- As an inspiring leader, develop and implement a strategic plan and operational SMART goals in alignment with the vision of the Hoan My Corporate network hospitals and clinics.
- Emphasize the delivery of effective, differentiated, and integrated care that prioritizes “Care for Safety” and “Care for Quality” for the Vietnamese population.

**Quality Improvement Initiatives**:

- Lead and oversee all quality improvement programs, digital transformations, and patient safety-related activities within the HMC hospitals and affiliated clinics.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to enhance the overall quality of care provided.

**Compliance and Accreditation**:

- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards set by the MOH Vietnam, including DOH 23 KPIs for clinics and 83 KPIs for hospitals.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to achieve and maintain Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation, demonstrating a commitment to international quality standards.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Foster effective collaboration and communication with various departments and stakeholders to create a unified approach to quality improvement and safety initiatives.
- Engage with the HPM, Medical Affairs, Nursing, Ancillary Services, IT, and other relevant parties to align strategies and drive coordinated efforts.

**Quality Metrics and Reporting**:

- Establish key quality metrics and indicators to monitor performance across hospitals and clinics.
- Develop robust reporting mechanisms to track and communicate quality outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular updates to senior management and governing boards.

**Patient Safety and Risk Management**:

- Develop and implement patient safety programs to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Promote a culture of patient safety, encourage incident reporting, and conduct investigations.

**Digital Transformation**:

- Champion the utilization of digital tools and technologies to enhance quality management processes, patient safety, and overall efficiency.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital solutions and trends in healthcare quality and leverage them to drive continuous improvement.

**Staff Education and Training**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of healthcare providers and staff in quality improvement methodologies, patient safety practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and quality awareness throughout the organization.

**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare quality management, with a strong background in hospitals or healthcare systems.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and accreditation processes.
- Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies and tools (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in managing and coordinating quality improvement initiatives across multiple sites.
- Certification in quality management or a related field (e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality - CPHQ) is desirable.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
