**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Take ultimate responsibility for P&L and QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) for one or multiple clients.
- Participate in high-level phases and consult clients on FPT’s technology, business, and operational solutions.
- Train and develop team members within the department.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, understand the client’s technical and business goals, and proactively propose appropriate solutions/services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Provide consulting and support to help clients implement suitable IT strategies using FPT’s products.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Fluent in Japanese, equivalent to N1 level, with strong speaking and presentation skills.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Senior SE or BrSE.
- Experience in Health Care Domain, systems such as HIS/EMR/EHR/LIS/RIS/CMS, is a significant advantage.
- Proactive, with negotiation skills to handle discussions with clients, internal partners, and third parties.
- Experience in leading teams.
- Experience in Basic Design, Detail Design, and Source Code Review.
