Partner Sales Customer Service

**You’ll create impact by**
- ** Develops business** via selected partners with significant potential
- ** Defines and executes Partner Development**Plans together with partners (including strategy, target setting, business reviews, sales measures, etc.)
- ** Provides information for forecasts and planning** via CRM system
- ** Establishes and supports value selling**through partners (“partners’ demand creation”)
- ** Qualifies partner employees** in selling Siemens DI product portfolio
- ** Actively drives cross-selling** to gain market share across the defined regional portfolio’ baskets (products and services)
- ** Provides support to Partner**, with main focus on customer value add, customer potential and customer satisfaction (managing outlets, marketing activities, campaign management, etc.)
- ** Acts as point of contact to partners** in commercial matters and drives collaboration within the organization to secure partner support.
- ** Utilizes back office & support functions** for efficient serving of partners wherever possible
- ** Orchestrates sales approach towards partner** together with sales specialist
**Your defining qualities**:
**Education: University degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.**
**Experience: 3-5 years of sales, partner management, or customer service experience, preferably in industrial or automation industries.**
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong business planning and partner development skills.
- Proven ability in value selling and customer development
- Deep knowledge of customer value chain, industry processes, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinking, creativity, and innovation in problem-solving.
- Other: Proficiency with CRM tools, ability to work cross-functionally, and willingness to drive market growth via partner networks.
