Operation - Daily tasks:

- Understand Chatbot's Key performance metrics and performance measurement activities
- Target and propose Chatbot's Strategy and Direction
- Evaluate, give feedback for Chatbot knowledgebase and answer script for Chatbot
- Analyze logs and feedback to improve customer satisfaction with artificial intelligence products
- Work closely with the related teams to improve user interaction of artificial intelligence products
- Manage a team of artificial intelligence trainers
- Report the performance of Chatbot to high-level managers Development
- Project-based tasks:

- Build, maintain, and expand new Bots for new stores, based on existing knowledgebase and intent scenarios.
- Work closely with the line manager and related teams to propose and improve the CRM system
- Develop a new way of working to adapt requirements about automation tools, CRM, system connection to derive deep insights and identify trends, patterns, and relationships from high-volume high-dimensional data of CS/CX

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Field Check, Customer Service, preferably in the field of Tech, FinTech, E-commerce
- At least 1 year's relevant experience in Chatbot, Chatbot for Customer Service is a plus
- Having a data-driven mindset in the process optimizing
- Strong analytical skills and able to make judgments based on logical reasons
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Fast learner, adaptive and flexible. Highly responsible, committed, willing to go the extra miles to fulfill business & organization goals
- Self-motivated, independent learner, and enjoy sharing knowledge with team members
