Reporting to the Chatbot Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

- The Role:

- Assisting the wider team with the use of data analytics to explore growth areas, drive impact for different initiative, and improve clients’ performance.
- Operation - Daily Tasks:

- Understand flow and logic of developing and building Intents for Chatbot, based on technical documentation.
- Monitor, evaluate, record, and fix errors during the rollout/launch of a chatbot on a new store.
- Monitor and train (updating the AI) Chatbot during operation to achieve higher KPI like productivity, conversion rate etc.
- Development - Project-based Tasks:

- Collaborate with CS agents to effectively build up the knowledge base for Chatbot.
- Build and expand new bots for new stores based on existing knowledge base and intent scenarios.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration.
- Experience in Tableau/Power BI is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in Customer Service or implementation of chatbots, preferably in the Technology, FinTech, or E-commerce industry.
- Possesses a data-driven mindset in optimizing processes.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make judgments based on logical reasoning.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Fast learner, adaptable, and flexible.
- Highly responsible, committed, and willing to go the extra mile to fulfill business and organizational goals.
