  • Phát triển và duy trì
    các công cụ bán hàng và quản trị như CRM, hệ thống quản lý đơn hàng, chatbot, và các nền tảng nội bộ khác.
  • Xây dựng, tích hợp
    các hệ thống hỗ trợ dịch thuật (AI hỗ trợ dịch, bộ nhớ dịch, công cụ nội bộ...) nhằm tối ưu quy trình làm việc đa ngôn ngữ.
  • Phân tích và mô hình hóa yêu cầu nghiệp vụ
    từ các phòng ban; chuyển hóa yêu cầu thành tài liệu kỹ thuật cho đội phát triển hoặc đối tác phần mềm.
  • Đề xuất giải pháp công nghệ
    phù hợp, giúp cải thiện hiệu quả quy trình vận hành và năng suất làm việc.
  • Kiểm thử, nghiệm thu và hướng dẫn sử dụng
    phần mềm trước khi triển khai chính thức.
  • Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật
    cho các bộ phận trong quá trình vận hành, bảo đảm hệ thống hoạt động ổn định, an toàn và hiệu quả.
  • Phối hợp với IT và đối tác ngoài
    để quản lý thay đổi, nâng cấp, bảo trì hệ thống định kỳ.

Yêu cầu:

  • Tối thiểu
    2–3 năm kinh nghiệm
    ở vị trí
    Business Analyst

    IT Solution

  • Ưu tiên ứng viên từng
    tham gia triển khai hệ thống CRM/ERP
