Tổng quan:

- Student Success Officer (SSO) là cầu nối quan trọng của học viên và khách hàng với TalkFirst trong suốt quá trình tư vấn, học tập và kết thúc khoá học.
:
Hỗ trợ khách hàng mới và phát triển doanh thu nội bộ (50%)
- Hướng dẫn khách hàng thực hiện Placement Test; Tiếp nhận và tư vấn khoá học cho khách hàng mới.
- Phối hợp với Educational Consultant (EC) hỗ trợ khách hàng thanh toán học phí.
- Hỗ trợ học viên hoàn thành thủ tục nhập học và hoàn thiện hồ sơ nhập học tại Center.
- Đề xuất giải pháp, lộ trình học tập cho học viên sắp hết khoá, tư vấn khoá học để tái tục học viên.
- Động viên học viên tham gia chương trình giới thiệu bạn bè cùng học.

Chăm sóc và hỗ trợ học viên (50%)
- Hỗ trợ học viên khi phát sinh yêu cầu hỗ trợ hoặc các vấn đề khác.
- Theo dõi tiến độ học viên và thực hiện các cuộc gọi điện Quality Control để chăm sóc học viên và cập nhật tiến độ học tập.
- Hỗ trợ EC hoặc Giáo viên trong các công tác hỗ trợ học viên khác.

Khác
- Đảm nhận các công tác hành chính khác trong quá trình làm việc nhằm hỗ trợ học viên, đảm bảo vận hành Center.

**Chức vụ**: Nhân viên/Chuyên viên

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Được đào tạo những kỹ năng mềm và kỹ năng chuyên môn cần thiết để phát triển đúng định hướng nghề nghiệp;
- Được làm việc với team năng động, sẵn sàng hỗ trợ và cùng hướng tới mục tiêu chung;
- Được làm việc trong một trong những KHÔNG GIAN SÁNG TẠO bậc nhất;
- Được hưởng các chính sách phúc lợi theo quy định của Công ty.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản;
- Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm tương đương trong lĩnh vực chăm sóc học viên, tư vấn;
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt; giọng nói dễ nghe, truyền cảm;
- Yêu thích lĩnh vực giáo dục và ngoại ngữ;
- Làm việc full-time theo ca 8h/ ngày (sớm nhất 8h sáng, kết thúc ca trễ nhất lúc 10h tối); 6 ngày/tuần (nghỉ chủ nhật).
- Địa điểm làm việc: Nguyễn Kiệm, Phú Nhuận hoặc Nguyễn Văn Đậu, Bình Thạnh
