**Job Purpose**:
Lead all technology and automation initiatives. The Digital Solutions (DS) Assistant Manager will work directly with DS Senior Managers and team members from across the Company to define solutions that leverages technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, good at develop as C# (Winform), ASP.NET (Website), API services and database coding (Store procedure, View, Query, Trigger) - The DS Assistant Manager will be asked to define the technical requirements, create high-level architecture, coding to execute the project, and QA the project.

We are a highly collaborative environment, and the DS Assistant Manager will work with a diverse set of end-users, so strong people skills are a must

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Work with other departments to understand their business needs and identify processes that can be automated, and document business needs.
- Define technical requirements and create high-level architecture.
- Research and evaluate new technologies.
- Work with third party developers to execute projects.
- Development and implementation of new systems.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Software engineering or related discipline
- Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills
- Strong Coding Languages: C#,.NET, APS.NET, NetCore, Web-Services APIs
- Strong Database develop: SQL Server, Store procedure, View, Trigger
- Strong Excel developer (VBA coding)
- Minimum of seven to eight years’ experience in same position with multinational companies. Working experience in a securities company is a plus
- Experience of managing multiple IT disciplines i.e. software development, systems architecture etc.
- Some experience of negotiating with and managing third parties is a plus
- High sense of responsibility and able to work under high pressure
- Decisive, accurate and self-motivated
- Ability to work as a team member
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
