**1. Responsible for**:
Responsible

to the Board of Directors for organizing and directing the implementation and effectiveness of the

Department's activities.

Ensure

on schedule the plan has been approved by competent authorities.

**2. Develop investment strategy**:
Support

the Board of Directors in developing investment strategies and investment orientation.

Advise

the Board of Directors on potential investment projects

Search

and develop investment projects in the real estate/construction sector (both domestic and foreign).

**3. Evaluation and analysis**:
Preliminary

assessment of economic and technical efficiency of planned development projects.

Support

capital planning for currently invested projects;

**4. Direct implementation**:
Coordinate

with functional departments to work with relevant departments and state management agencies to promote

investment projects.

Coordinate

with departments to control, monitor and review to supplement and complete investment and legal

procedures for projects that have been and are being implemented.

Coordinate

with departments within the Company and partners to seek investment capital for the project.

Construction

investment management of ongoing real estate projects

**5. Contract management and implementation**:
Manage,

deploy and propose payments to consulting contracts, contractors and suppliers.

Prepare

financial plan for payment

Monitor

contract implementation, progress and quality of work. Presiding over the acceptance of consulting documents

in all stages of project implementation from project development to completion and putting into use.

**6. Document management**:
Organize

the management and storage of records and legal documents during the development phase of projects.

Update

legal documents and administrative procedures of state management agencies.

Required Skills and Experience

**Age**:
35 40
Graduated
from University or higher majoring in technical economics or investment economics
Have
at least (03) years of experience as Head/Deputy Manager in the field of Project Development, project
management, Real Estate investment and similar fields in large companies and corporations.
Understanding
of project management and bidding management
Understanding
of project implementation procedures
Understanding
of technical construction management of projects
Ability
to perform many parts of the project, presentation skills, and project protection
Ability
to create good relationships with related units
Have
skills in drafting related legal documents
Have
management knowledge and skills
Ability
to read technical drawings, and understanding of construction
