ACG_1858_JOB- Advise the BOD on business activities of the supply chain-
- Manage and take charge of all units withtin the supply chain-
- Establish indicators, managing standards related to logistics, planning, domestic purchasing, and export & import activities-
- Execute business plans; check and monitor to realize the approved indicators; in charge of the performance of related activities-
- Organize and allocate jobs to units within the supply chain to optimize resource efficiency-
- Establish processes and rules for units within the supply chain-
- Take on information from other units; organize and allocate human resources within the department-
- In charge of approving all related documents-
- Instruct and train employees of units within the cupply chain on methodologies and skills at work-
- Check, monitor, and remind employees within units of the supply chain to carry out jobs according to processes and rules-
- Evaluate employee performance-
- Collaborate with the HR department to establish appropriate benefit schemes-
- Collaborate with the HR and IT departments to digitalize payroll on the company’s system-
- Build a reporting system to manage employees-
- In charge of weekly/ monthly/ yearly/ ad hoc reports-
- Complete other tasks assigned by the BOD-
- Look for appropriate logistcs service providers-
- Negotiate for the best logistics fees-
- Periodically evaluate the performance of logistics service providers-
- Establish receiving and releasing at warehouses-
- Ensure the tidiness and optimization of warehouse layouts-
- Establish warehouse effectiveness indicators-
- Establish delivery/DS indicators-
- Analyze and balance inventory, sales history to plan effective sales strategies-
- Keep track of business performance to adjust the appropriate timing and amount of recieving inventory-
- Look for appropriate domestic suppliers-
- Negotiate prices, quality, deliverity timeliness, purchasing methods-
- In charge of signing contracts-
- Transfer contracts and work with related units to keep track of the good delivery timeliness and quality-related issues-
- Collect information about complaints of related units regarding quality, delivery timeliness-
- Take part in purchasing processes with domestic suppliers-
- Manage domestic purchasing to minimize inventory costs-
- Periodically evaluate domestic suppliers-
- Establish monthly/ quarterly/ yearly recieving plans according to the set targets of the BOD-
- Periodically monitor inventory and business performance-
- Manage the recievings of goods from abroad to minimize the container and inventory costs-
- Research policies on import-
- Research international purchasing methods to choose the optimal options-
- Establish indicators, managing standards related to import and export activities-
- Regularly connect and establish relationships with government bodies: Customs, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Audit
