**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
**Position Objectives**

Finally, with strong knowledge in the business processes and the solutions, you help all key users to acquire the skills,
knowledge and understanding so they can use the solutions effectively.

**Responsibilities**
- Key duties and responsibilities but are not limited to those listed below:_
- Administer, maintain, and support school management solutions such as SIS, LMS to meet the needs of the schools and key users.
- Work on reported incidents and manage escalations until workaround is found and service is returned to normalcy. Escalate the incidents to Level 3 in accordance with procedures if not resolved.
- Receive, analyze change requests or new reporting requirements, plan, get approved, document the changes, execute, and deliver new reports/features.
- Monitor, plan and implement new software releases or updates.
- Monitor business data quality and address data issues with key users.
- Maintain software documentation on solution configuration and customizations.
- Manage user profiles, roles, permission sets, assignment rules, workflow rules.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plan including system backup, restore and revery procedures.
- Be part new projects taking up roles either as business analyst, developer, or project lead.
- Develop and revise processes and procedures, standards and guidelines relating to schools' databases.

**Qualifications**

You should have:

- A degree in business, engineering, or technology.
- Have recent certifications in:

- Cloud Computing
- Solution Architecture
- Software Development
- Design Thinking
- Project Management
- IT Security

At least 5 years of working experience in IT areas. Good knowledge in some of these areas:

- System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Agile and Waterfall methodologies in Software Development and Project Management
- Microsoft SQL Platform and Microsoft SSRS Reporting Tool
