**Report to**:Vice Director (Bakery Line) and Oversea General Manager
**Location**: HCM or Hanoi ( Remote)

**Industry Experience**:
1. At least 5- 8 years of working experience in the baking ingredients industry.
2. In-depth understanding of the trends and dynamics of the baking industry.

**Resource Network**:
1. Have a large number of regional distributors and bakery customer resources.
2. Able to quickly establish and manage regional distributor channels.
Skills and Abilities:
1. Excellent sales and marketing capabilities.
2. Able to formulate and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Priority is given to those with baking technical capabilities.

**Performance Oriented**:
1. Successful experience in driving sales growth and achieving sales targets.
2. Able to work independently and have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

**Language Requirements**:
1. English proficiency is not a required skill, but those with communication in English
proficiency are preferred.

**Other Requirements**:
1.Adapt to the needs of traveling and working in the region.
2.Have a team spirit and be able to work closely with teams at headquarters and other regions

Pay: 35,000,000₫ - 55,000,000₫ per month
