Main Tasks:

- Support HR team create and implement company's and HR/ Administrative policies and procedures
- Involve recruitment process to fill company job vacancies from job posting, screening CVs to interviewing with job applicants for fresh/ junior organizational positions.
- Assist in the Onboarding and Termination process for employees
- Organize company events, employee conferences
- Assist/ be in charge of monthly HR-related reports
- Other assigned tasks by Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Senior/ Junior student (NOT fresh graduated) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday during 6 months (COMPULSORY) at the office in Tan Binh District
- Good English skills (especially listening & writing)
- Background in Economics/ Logistics/ HR is preferable
- Careful, CAN DO attitude, hard-working and willing to learn
- Ability to learn and work under pressure
- Good MS Office skills (focus on Excel)
