Mercedes-Benz Vietnam, a subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, manufactures and services passenger cars in Vietnam. The company, with a total of 18 authorized dealers, leads the luxury car segment in Vietnam.

We are embedded into our global Human Resource Organization and are operating fully-fledged state-of-the-art HR services within the entire employee lifecycle for our local organization in Vietnam.
Are you a passionate student who is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Information Systems, Law, Communication, or any other relevant major? Are you committing to work full-time in 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week)? Do you want to participate in different HR projects within the field of HR Digitalization, HR Development, HR Marketing, Training, and Compensation and Benefits? Could you imagine supporting a global organization within a tremendous transformation process in a VUCA world?

**Qualifikationen**:
To fit into HR team you should be fluent in English, and also have strong communication skills. Having great attention to detail is an advantage. Besides, you need to have a high teamwork spirit and be confident & able to work independently. Those who have the interest and desire to learn new things are always welcome.
