**Aufgaben**:

- Mercedes-Benz Vietnam, a subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, manufactures and services passenger cars in Vietnam. The company, with the total of 18 authorized dealers, leads the luxury car segment in Vietnam.
- People are our business We as Human Resource Department are taking care of our most valuable asset we do have as a company: Our employees.
- We are embedded into our global Human Resource Organization and are operating fully-fledged state of the art HR services within the entire employee lifecycle for our local organization in Vietnam.
- Are you a passionate student who is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Information System, Law, Communication or any other relevant majors? Do you want to participate in different HR projects within the field of HR Digitalization, HR Development, HR Marketing, Training and Compensation and Benefits? Could you imagine supporting a global organization within a tremendous transformation process in a VUCA world? If so, you should become our new Human Resources Intern.
- To fit into our team, you should be fluent in English, a strong communicator and an active team player and being able to work independent, creative and innovative and not be scared of trying new things.
- In this role, you will have the opportunities to:
- Collaborate closely with the entire HR team, HR Head, and HR Global team within HR projects and HR daily operations.
- Become a first contact point for our employees to ensure excellent HR Services
- Participate in the full processes of recruitment, information system development and digitalization
- Independently manage and execute your own small change and improvement projects
- Be involved in the combination of HR - IT project, HR marketing, and hosting new HR Systems.
- Participate and execute daily HR operations and support us in rethink our existing routines and practices

**Qualifikationen**:

- Being one of a core member of HR team, you are required:
- Available for 6 months full time internship
- You are a digital native
- Strong interest of System Design and Analysis, or Human Resources Management System is a plus.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication skills and teamwork spirit
- Fluent in English communication (both written and verbal)
- Independent working style
- High sense of confidentiality
- Creativity and problem-solving skills
