Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. **About the Team**:

- We're looking for a Senior Associate, PR to elevate SPX Express's brand and reputation in Vietnam. You'll be instrumental in shaping our public image through strategic PR initiatives.
- Lead PR Campaigns: Develop and execute impactful PR plans and campaigns, including major events like groundbreaking ceremonies for our logistics SOC (Shipper Owned Container), MOU signings, and driver campaign launches.
- Amplify Driver Stories: Identify and share compelling positive stories and testimonials from our driver-partners externally, highlighting their crucial role.
- Content Development: Collaborate closely with our External Relations and Marketing teams to craft compelling press releases, media advisories, key messages, Q&As, and other essential PR materials.
- Media Relations: Support the cultivation and maintenance of strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers across Vietnam.
- Issue & Crisis Management: Assist in developing and executing communication plans to mitigate negative sentiment and protect SPX Express's brand image, liaising with various stakeholders as needed.
- Cross-Functional Support: Provide PR expertise and support to the Content team on monthly campaigns and ad-hoc projects for other entities.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience in PR, communications, corporate communications, etc
- Excellent Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise messages.
- Strong Media Relationships: Existing relationships with key media outlets and journalists.
- Crisis Management Expertise: Experience in managing crises and protecting corporate reputation.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure.
- Collaborative: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
