JOB PURPOSE:

- Be responsible for the management of supply planning activities for Cambodia: inventory; supply demand management for both on-going and innovation products; in order to achieve the objectives and strategies of Supply Chain department and Sanofi Indochina.
- Lead S&OP/IBP, Demand planning processes of Cambodia CHC GBU to bring the best value to the Company, in line with Global/Regional Supply Chain Direction.
- Play key role as Supply Chain Business Partner to coordinate and work in different scenarios across functions to bring the best solutions to the Company
- Be owner of master data management to ensure the compliance with global requirement.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- S&OP/IBP Leading:

- Be a key partner of the S&OP for CHC KH with best-in-class standards to ensure that sales and profitability targets are achieved.
- Drive forecast excellence and business intelligence both short and long term, providing inputs on trend analyses and defining forecasting models in collaboration with external and internal stakeholders.
- Lead demand management meeting with Performance and Distributor to ensure forecast is challenged and justified at right level with risks and opportunities analysis.
- Continuously improve forecasting process towards one number with all relevant faction and Budget -F1/F2 to be integral part of S&OP/IBP
- Accountable for monthly performance report and analysis with root cause and action plans for continuous forecast accuracy performance
- Ensure alignment and consistency of all data (business, finance and supply chain), giving input to trend analysis, budgets and business plans
- Manage inventory at distributors level at right level and aligned with company process.
- Manage the interfaces with all Sanofi supply chain teams and Regional Supply Chain organizations for demand (supply) planning, inventory planning, product delivery and new product planning follow-up.
- Ensure supply plans and DRP plans are on time and appropriate. Set up and participate in monthly demand (supply) review with sources.
- Business continuity and new product launch:

- Evaluate supply risks in short and long term and drive the cross functional to develop risk mitigation action plan, especially related to regulatory environment.
- Coordinate all related department (business development, plant ) to ensure exception plan of new launch or new variation on time and right places.
- Be accountable for new product planning execution and KPIs.
- SC activities management:

- Ensure best service at optimum cost and inventory. Proactively manage risk on product supply with proper communication to key business partners and Distributor
- Anticipate, monitor and follow up logistics consequences of regulatory activities relating to visa expiries/renewals, new product launches, site transfers or variations with various stakeholders (plants, regulatory affairs, quality).
- Be actively involved in the development of distribution strategies in Country lead/drive projects in order to achieve improvement in efficiency.
- Review all distribution-related activities and identify ways to improve (eg. Reduction in lead-time or delays)
- Master data management
- Perform and monitor the master data of material and customers for Vietnam market. Ensure the master data properly with required process.
- Provide and maintain master data for recording inventories and appropriate controls to accomplish the company's objectives.
- Tools and database:

- Maintain proper database of forecasting/demand/supply planning in the system (SAP, Kinaxis, etc) and excel database.
- Tool deployment at local or regional activities to bring innovation and optimization in activities.
- Implementation and execution of new tool from Global Supply Chain.
- Others:

- Ensure Group & local procedures, incl. internal control & compliance-related policies are properly applied & considered in his/her scope of responsibility.
