Position: Business Analyst - Supply Chain Finance

Department: Finance

Report to: Business Analysis Supevisor

A. JOB SUMMARY:
Take responsibilities for the preparation of management and financial reporting / analysis per Pernod Ricard Group and Management requirement.

The position should have business insights to provide updated business performance with highlight any risks and opportunities for Management reference. Perform P&L and cash flow forecasting on a regular basis and work with Finance team to provide Balance Sheet items movement and breakdown for review. Last, but not least, assist Finance Manager/Finance Director to work on the market intelligent analysis.

B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Play a role of Finance Business Partner with Logistics, Production and Back Office functions (Finance, HR, IT) to involve in strategy as well as daily operation
- Oversee and manage total budget of Supply Chain and Overhead for PRVN. Coordinate with Partners to build strategic plan, annual budget planning and rolling forecast.
- Coordinate with 3rd party co-packer to manage Supply Chain cost. Provide initiatives to streamline the process of reconciliating cost & cash between 3rd party co-packer and PRVN.
- Work closely with Logistics & Production functions to understand daily inventory situation as well as Demand Planning process and evaluate impact into financial data
- Work closely with Back Office functions to understand nature of each activity in order to have proper way of managing Overhead cost.
- Work closely with Accounting function on daily/monthly basis to ensure proper accrual booking (Supply chain & OVH cost) for month-end closing/reporting. Review actual performance vs budget/latest forecast.
- Collaborate with Commercial Finance & FP&A Supervisors to have full view of finance and co-develop team synergy.
- Provide financial analysis related to Supply Chain cost tracking, Overhead cost tracking...etc. to assist Department Heads in more effectively understanding the performance.
- Assist Finance Manager/Finance Director to provide market intelligent analysis and develop IT tools to capture the information systematic
- Monitor and evaluate financial information systems and suggest improvements where needed
- Update the new policy and regulation on finance issue (if any) to improve the business’s efficiency
- Performs other related duties and assist in ad hoc project as specify by Manager.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance
- Proven working experience with minimum of 5 years solid accounting/finance experience in a corporate environment, preferably in FMCG industry.
- Strong experience of Supply Chain Finance & Costing.
- ACCA, CPA, CMA, CIMA is preferred.
