Summary / purpose of the position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Admin/ Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The Supply Chain Admin/ Supply Chain Coordinator will work closely with our supply chain management team to support various aspects of our supply chain operations. This hands-on role will provide you with exposure to different facets of the supply chain, including demand & supply planning, logistics, inventory management, and partners' relations.

Main Responsibilities / job expectations

  • Collaborate with logistics/customer service team to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery of products to our partners.
  • Ensure timely communication of stock supply status through regular follow-ups with Global Supply Planners
  • Assist in analyzing supply chain performance metrics and preparing reports to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and supply chain optimization initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate documentation and records related to supply chain activities and transactions.
  • Support inventory management efforts by tracking partners' inventory levels and analyzing inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Diligent, meticulous, and trustworthy, capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, for effective collaboration with employees, external and internal partners.
  • A keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in maintaining documentation and records.
  • Capable of working independently, making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Strong command of English proficiency written and spoken
  • Currently enrolled in an educational program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge in any ERP system such as SAP /Microsoft D365 / FuturMaster would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with supply chain concepts and principles is preferred.
