**Position Summary**:
The Supply Chain Director oversees end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient sourcing, production, quality, logistics, and inventory management to support the company’s growth in the furniture design and trading sector. This role is pivotal in aligning supply chain strategy with business objectives, optimizing costs, flexibility and maintaining high service levels across international markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the company’s supply chain strategy and operations aligned with business goals, growth targets, and product development direction.
- Build and lead a high-performing supply chain and quality team, fostering a culture of high productivity and quality, accountability, and innovation.
- Assess and manage supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity, supplier resilience, and compliance with international regulations.
- Lead the transformation of supply chain operations through effective processes, data analytics, forecasting tools.

**Operational**
- Manage supplier relationships, procurement processes, and contract negotiations to secure competitive pricing and reliable supply.
- Oversee demand planning, import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, HS codes, trade documentation, and export control laws.
- Supervise logistics partners, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth shipment flow and timely delivery to global markets.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and product development teams to ensure timely delivery, quality standards and meet customer requirements.
- Drive improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure sustainability.
- Develop and monitor quality assurance processes for both products and operations.
- Establish KPIs and reporting systems for supply chain visibility and performance tracking.

**Sustainability & Compliance**
- Integrate ESG principles into the supply chain — focus on sustainable materials, ethical sourcing, and carbon footprint reduction.
- Ensure compliance with local and international standards (e.g., FSC, REACH, or BSCI) where applicable.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (8+ years) in supply chain leadership, preferably in furniture, design, or trading industries. (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
- Strong knowledge of logistics, procurement, and process design and supplier management across (inter)national markets.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and team management skills
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese; international experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP or supply chain management systems preferred.
