Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm một Nhân viên Vận hành chủ động và tỉ mỉ để giám sát các thiết bị và hộp SIM quan trọng phục vụ giao dịch ví điện tử. Vị trí này mang lại sự linh hoạt khi làm việc từ xa trong khi vẫn đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động hiệu quả.

**Trách nhiệm chính**:

- Quản lý và giám sát hoạt động của các thiết bị và hộp SIM từ vị trí làm việc tại Việt Nam
- Phối hợp với đội ngũ tại Dubai bằng cách cung cấp báo cáo và cập nhật thường xuyên
- Đảm bảo vận hành trơn tru tất cả thiết bị liên quan đến giao dịch ví điện tử
- Xử lý sự cố và giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến thiết bị và hộp SIM
- Duy trì hồ sơ và tài liệu chính xác về các hoạt động và sự cố
- Theo dõi giao dịch nạp/rút tiền theo thời gian thực để đảm bảo độ chính xác
- Phát hiện và đánh dấu các giao dịch thất bại, bị trễ hoặc có dấu hiệu đáng ngờ
- Đảm bảo mọi giao dịch tuân thủ đúng quy trình hệ thống

**Yêu cầu**:

- Có kinh nghiệm về vận hành hoặc vị trí tương đương
- Kỹ năng tổ chức và giải quyết vấn đề tốt
- Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt
- Có thể làm việc độc lập và quản lý đa nhiệm hiệu quả

**Thông tin bổ sung**:

- Làm việc dưới visa thăm thân (có thể được công ty gia hạn)
- Không yêu cầu thiết lập văn phòng hay giám sát tại chỗ

Title: Operations Officer
Location: Remote (Based in Vietnam)

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Officer to monitor critical devices and SIM boxes for electronic wallet transactions. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while ensuring efficient system operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage and monitor the operation of devices and SIM boxes from your location in Vietnam

Coordinate with our Dubai-based team by providing regular updates and reports

Ensure smooth operation of all devices involved in e-wallet transactions

Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to devices and SIM boxes

Maintain accurate records and documentation of operations and incidents

Monitor deposit/withdrawal transactions in real-time to ensure accuracy

Identify and flag failed, delayed, or suspicious transactions

Ensure all transactions comply with established system protocols

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in operations or a similar role

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Good English communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

**Additional Information**:
You will work under a visit visa that can be extended by the company

This position does not require office setup or on-site monitoring
