- Hỗ trợ và chẩn đoán các sự cố thiết bị, phần mềm, hệ thống mạng trực tiếp hoặc từ xa
- Sửa chữa các lỗi liên quan đến Máy tính, máy in, các thiết bị văn phòng khác
- Quản lý, vận hành hệ thông mạng LAN, Internet, Camera
- Quản trị, vận hành các trang thiết bị mạng, Access point, Đầu ghi camera, UPS
- Tư vấn mua sắm các trang thiết bị CNTT
- Đưa ra khuyến cáo các trang thiết bị trong quá trình sử dụng
- Tạo tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng, cài đặt các phần mềm, hệ thống

**Chức vụ**: Nhân Viên/Chuyên Viên

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực IT
- Ưu tiên tốt nghiệp ngành về khoa học máy tính hoặc kỹ thuật
- Kiến thức chuyên sâu về hệ điều hành, thiết bị và công nghệ hiện tại, quy trình sao lưu và phục hồi doanh nghiệp cũng như các công cụ giám sát hiệu suất hệ thống
- Duy trì tính bảo mật thông tin của công ty
- Có kinh nghiệm khắc phục sự cố hệ thống
- Có kỹ năng cài đặt phần mềm
- Quen thuộc với nhiều loại phần mềm và phần cứng
