**Your responsibilities**:
As Employee Engagement Executive, you will take responsibility for the internal communication and employer branding activities of the Culture & Talent team. To excel in the role, you will need to have a clear and methodical way of working and great communication skills. You can expect the role to include the following:
**1. Culture Development (50%)**
- Plan and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly engagement initiatives (e.g. team-building, internal celebrations, recognition programs) to foster a cohesive, energized workplace.
- Develop and maintain culture playbooks, rituals, and internal campaigns that promote Eastgate’s values and behaviors.
- Act as a culture champion by gathering and translating employee feedback into actionable engagement improvements.

**2. Internal Communication (30%)**
- Partner with leadership and key departments to communicate updates, campaigns, and company-wide initiatives in an engaging, approachable tone.
- Curate and share inspiring employee stories, project spotlights, and cultural highlights that celebrate achievements and reinforce company identity.
- Monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust based on feedback and metrics.

**3. Administrative Support (20%)**
- Support Labor Union activities and employee welfare programs.
- Take charge of administrative tasks as assigned, supporting the overall operations of the People team.
- University degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related major
- At least 1 year of experience in planning and organizing events
- Great people skills and capability to work in an ambitious team
- Dynamic and enthusiastic at work
- The ability to film, take pictures, and design simple materials is an advantage.
- English and Vietnamese language to a professional standard
