We are looking for a **creative and energetic Social Marketing Junior** to join our global marketing team with a strong focus on TikTok. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media, especially short-form video content. You will assist in driving our TikTok strategy, creating engaging content, and growing our online community.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Assist in developing and executing TikTok content strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement (B2C & Mass audience focused).
- Create, edit, and publish short-form video content tailored to TikTok trends and audiences.
- Research trending topics, audio, and formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with influencers and creators for campaign partnerships and user-generated content.
- Monitor TikTok performance metrics and provide regular reporting on reach, engagement, and growth.
- Support the management of other social media platforms as needed (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and product teams to align social content with brand messaging.
- Engage with TikTok users, responding to comments and participating in relevant conversations.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or currently studying). If not available, we can evaluate actual results or creative products.
- 0-2 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation (internships welcome).
- Deep understanding of TikTok platform, culture, and trends.
- Strong video editing skills using mobile apps (e.g., CapCut, TikTok).
- Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Passion for storytelling and creating content that connects with young and mass audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
