Technical Lead

Assume technical ownership throughout the complete life cycle development of embedded systems/subsystems, ensuring adherence to required process standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elicit and manage requirements for the system/subsystem, maintaining effective change control and traceability throughout the life cycle.
- Design solutions for system/subsystem development, encompassing interfaces, integration, and verification strategy.
- Engage hands-on in development and possess troubleshooting expertise for addressing technical issues.
- Provide valuable technical review insights and guide team members towards optimal and efficient solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and tools, proactively upgrading skills.
- Interface directly with customers for technical reviews and status reporting.
- Generate comprehensive status reports and lead status meetings with customers.
- Proactively address and communicate issues and challenges, working towards effective resolution.
- Collaborate with distributed teams to achieve common objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Academic Qualification: Holds a degree in Engineering (specifically in Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, Bio-Medical).
- Brings extensive expertise in Embedded C++ programming, boasting over 8 years of experience.
- Demonstrates a profound understanding of working with microcontrollers (32 bit / 64 bit), proficient in utilizing IAR workbench or Microcontroller Development Kit (MDK).
- Displays significant experience with various Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) like Linux, QNX, RTX, FreeRTOS, or others, having exposure to two or more RTOS.
- Possesses substantial experience covering the entire embedded software development life cycle, including Requirement, Design, Development, Verification (Unit level, Integration, and Software System Level), and Validation.
- Utilizes static code analyzer tools (QAC / QAC++) and other relevant tools such as testing and simulators.
- Holds practical experience in engaging in direct customer technical reviews and providing status reports.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Has led a team of 3 to 5 members.
- Shows the ability to thrive in a timeline-driven environment.
- Proficient in English with effective communication and writing skills.
- Background in the development life cycle of medical devices, with a preference for adherence to ISO 13485 and the Medical Quality Management System (MQMS).
