Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee backend development using

  • Drive technical design, architecture decisions, and code quality across the team.
  • Collaborate with
    Product Managers
    ,
    Solution Architects
    , and
    Clients
    to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Participate in presales activities
    : provide technical consultation, estimate effort, design high-level solutions, and present proposals to clients.
  • Design and implement
    microservices
    ,
    APIs
    , and system integrations with third-party platforms.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security across backend systems.
  • Conduct
    code reviews
    , technical assessments, and guide team members to maintain engineering excellence.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to architecture evolution.
  • Act as a
    technical point of contact
    for client discussions, demos, and issue resolution.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science
    ,
    Engineering
    , or a related field.
  • 5+ years
    of backend development experience, including
    2+ years in a technical or team leadership role
    .
  • Proven experience designing and leading systems built with

    and
    TypeScript
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    microservices architecture
    ,
    RESTful APIs
    ,
    GraphQL
    , and asynchronous programming.
  • Experience with
    cloud platforms
    (AWS / GCP / Azure),
    containerization
    (Docker / Kubernetes), and
    CI/CD pipelines
    .
  • Strong experience with
    SQL & NoSQL databases
    (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to
    present technical ideas to non-technical audiences
    and interact directly with international clients.
  • Experience in
    presales support
    or
    solution consulting
    is a strong plus.
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken).
