Lever Style Viet Nam team is hiring a Technical Lead with location at
Thai Binh/Hanoi
. Must has experience in performance outerwear such as skiing suit, down jacket, functional jacket, etc.

Responsibilities:

  1. Interfaces among customers, sales department and factories, to ensure the development sample are made following the design intent and customer mandates. Advise and provide technical suggestions if garment construction requirements or measurements are not feasible with consideration of actual production feasibility.
  2. Independently work on prototype samples and development samples. Give instruction to local factories sample room on how to improve fitting and workmanship and communicate with customers or sales department to understand the expected sample quality from customer.
  3. Guide factories QC check salesman samples and PPS samples, organize checking report and production feasibility reports for the fitting reference.
  4. Organize and lead pre-production meeting after order confirmed, ensure technical suggestions / requirements are fully communicated to relevant parties and local factories.
  5. Analyses together with TDC managers and BUs on sample testing reports and provide technical solutions when necessary.

Required Competencies:

  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in the garment industry including minimum 5 years' experience as garment technician in factories, specialized in performance/functional outerwear.
  2. In-depth knowledge of functional textile materials, including their properties and applications such as waterproofing, breathability, moisture-wicking, and antimicrobial treatments.
  3. Strong technical skills in pattern making, sample development, process improvement, and sample garment evaluation.
  4. Sound knowledge of sample development and bulk production procedures.
  5. English can be used as working language.
  6. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  7. Proven problem-solving skills, with the capability to resolve complex technical issues within tight deadlines.
