We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team. As the Technical Lead, you will lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing technical direction and guidance for development projects. Your expertise and leadership will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and meeting all technical requirements.

- Oversee technical project plans and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time (and within budget).
- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as delivery management, product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, to ensure all technical requirements are met.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development process.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement necessary improvements to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, processes, and tools to enhance development capabilities and efficiency.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient technical solutions that meet customer needs.
- Develop and document technical processes and procedures, ensuring adherence to coding best practices, architectural guidelines, and quality standards.

**Job Qualification**:
