1. Tuyển dụng (70%)
- Chịu trách nhiệm tìm kiếm ứng viên tiềm năng từ cấp junior, senior đến cấp quản lý thuộc lĩnh vực Công nghệ Thông tin nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu tuyển dụng của Trung tâm Công nghệ tại GHTK;
- Thu hút ứng viên tiềm năng thông qua việc tạo nguồn ứng viên từ các trường ĐH hàng đầu về Công nghệ Thông tin và tổ chức các chương trình thường niên dành cho đối tượng ứng viên thuộc lĩnh vực này;
- Tạo lập và xây dựng mối quan hệ với các trường ĐH hàng đầu về Công nghệ Thông tin như: ĐH Bách khoa, ĐH Công nghệ, Học viện công nghệ bưu chính viễn thông, ĐH FPT ;
- Triển khai quy trình tuyển dụng (lọc CV, sơ vấn, phỏng vấn ).

2. Xây dựng thương hiệu nhà tuyển dụng (15%)
- Tham gia vào quá trình xây dựng và triển khai các chương trình thu hút tài năng từ các trường ĐH hàng đầu về Công nghệ Thông tin;
- Nghiên cứu, cập nhật và sáng tạo những xu hướng tuyển dụng IT mới.

3. Phát triển con người (15%)
- Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ với các ứng viên tiềm năng để phát triển nguồn ứng viên;
- Theo sát nhân sự trong suốt quá trình làm việc tại công ty để nắm bắt được nhu cầu và nguyện vọng của nhân sự;
- Đề xuất những ý tưởng mới để tạo dựng môi trường làm việc hiệu quả, phát huy tối đa năng lực của nhân sự.

**II. Yêu cầu ứng viên**:

- Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm tuyển dụng các vị trí IT, mạnh về hunt, tạo nguồn, network;
- Có hiểu biết về các vị trí, thị trường Công nghệ thông tin;
- Có kỹ năng phỏng vấn và đánh giá ứng viên;
- Có kinh nghiệm làm truyền thông tuyển dụng là 1 lợi thế;
- Có kinh nghiệm design cơ bản phục vụ nhu cầu tuyển dụng là 1 lợi thế;
- Chủ động, trách nhiệm; Có mindset nâng cao chất lượng hiệu quả công việc;
- Ưu tiên tốt nghiệp các trường ĐH top đầu FTU, NEU, FPT, AOF, AOB, RMIT, DAV,

**III. Quyền lợi**:

- Mức lương khởi điểm: 600$ -1000$/ tháng, mức lương được xem xét định kỳ và thỏa thuận theo năng lực;
- Được đào tạo các kỹ năng cần thiết trong mảng nhân sự: Kỹ năng tuyển dụng, Kỹ năng đánh giá PV,
- Được trao quyền và tạo không gian phát triển bản thân trong môi trường làm việc năng động, trẻ trung, đa bản sắc; nhiều cơ hội thăng tiến, tạo dựng sự nghiệp bền vững, lâu dài;
- Được đảm bảo đầy đủ các chế độ Phúc lợi theo Quy định của Pháp luật hiện hành và của Công ty;
- Thưởng Tết Nguyên Đán, Tết Dương lịch, ngày Lễ khác và thưởng thành tích nổi bật.

**IV. Thông tin khác**:

- Thời gian làm việc: 9:00 - 18:30; Thứ Hai - Thứ Sáu và hai ngày thứ Bảy trong tháng luân
