Job Description:

Talent Acquisition Support position aims to assist our TA team in sourcing top talent and ensuring a smooth hiring process. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and support daily recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. CV Sourcing Support
  • Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social networks, and internal databases.
  • Conduct proactive research to build and maintain talent pools for priority roles.
  • Screen and filter CVs based on defined job requirements.
2. Initial Screening Call Support
  • Conduct initial screening calls using predefined scripts or evaluation criteria.
  • Assess candidate communication skills, basic qualifications, and job-fit indicators.
  • Prepare and update candidate screening notes for recruiters and hiring managers.
3. Interview Coordination
  • Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate with hiring managers, panelists, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure candidates receive timely communication and clear instructions for each interview stage.
  • Support logistics such as arranging online meeting links, test assignments, or follow-up reminders.
4. ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Management
  • Maintain a clean and organized hiring pipeline across all positions.
  • Tag and score candidate profiles based on TA guidelines.
  • Update candidate statuses, notes, and interview outcomes promptly.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with recruitment processes.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • From 1 year of experience as Talent Acquisition, HR Executive, or relevant roles
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with good English skill
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ATS platforms is a plus.
  • Passion for recruitment and people operations.
