Providing legal opinions on all legal matters

Providing legal and business advice and strategic positioning for all business units and projects

Maintaining and preparing license renewals

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts/agreements

Developing and reviewing internal compliance manuals

Advising and working alongside C-Suites, Directors, and department heads

Developing and training business units on legal and compliance matters

Reviewing, managing, and developing internal legal and trust services workflow

Researching and advising on regulatory compliance

Providing legal counsel on day to day running of the businesses

Discussing and building the structure of trading real estate

Researching and providing legal advice on relevant legal matters

Implementing procedures for business registration and licensing

**Yêu cầu**

Bachelor's law degree

Excellence in English

In-depth knowledge of regulatory law, real estate, construction, housing law

Ability to provide independent advice

Proven ability to delicately solve sensitive matters

Clear and succinct writing skills

Understanding of foreign (international) laws, Enterprise Law, Real Estate Law, and drafting corporate documents

Salary : 70 gross + other benefits ( will be discussed further at the interview)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 60,000,000₫ - 70,000,000₫ per month
